Yes, ill casted. Even the guy, who everyone seems to like (why???). What's with the circles under his eyes? He looks poorly. I want to like the kitchiness of these covers, but simply cannot look past the puffy cheeks and false tan.

I don't imagine there will be much that will pique my interest in this issue. The Gigi Journal is most likely Gigi's foray into photography.

These two... My God-- talk about insufferable pairing. V always has the uncanny ability to create the most obnoxious covers time and time again, and this is no exception. I get they're like a popstar mag, but their consistently pandering to the lowest common denominator is quite annoying at this point.

I love it. It should be only Cara on this cover. She looks great in this hairdo with pastels everywhere.

I love Dane, but I absolutely hate these covers.

But what can one expect when V Magazine, Karl Lagerfeld and Cara are involved.

I don't think I've ever liked a single photo of Cara where she wasn't styled very minimally. Her face cannot take excessive makeup (or hair in this case).

I Love dane but... he's... at the very least miscast here? or, wrong for the theme. or under-groomed in regards of the overall mood of the covers?

Oh??? Well in that case, hard pass!! Paired with his expression on these covers, it looks like he's just been rudely awoken.

I've actually just noticed that this is the 2nd (or 3rd) V cover with no pop stars. Good on them, it got a bit much! They were bound to run out of names of course, they've covered all the giants except Taylor Swift, I think. Incidentally Taylor also doesn't have Interview nor W to date, which I find interesting she's always so omnipresent when there's an album to promote.

Obviously this is not a miscast but a blatant promotion of their new film. I wish it was done separately. A typical black and white would fit Dane so well.

I love the colors and I don't think it's actually a bad two covers! I like that Dane is also in the bright colors.

Cara and Dane click together and I can't wait to see the editorial, even though Karl shot this (and his images are usually extra dry).

I really like the first cover, cool concept, like the colors and their poses play out well. The second one is atrocious, though. Looks like something a mall photographer would do when asked to take a couple's picture.
