Dont you have the rule in america where you cant pump petrol/gas when you're on the phone?

i know this has nothing to do with vanessa's style but i just wanted to say that the whole pumping gas and on the phone is not a rule but a caution. and people shouldnt really do it. my boyfriends a firefighter and when they freshen up on their training, they watch videos of how fires can start and on the video was a lady pumping gas then she went back into the car to get her phone and when she used it, it sparked. same thing with going in and out of the car, it causes static. just an fyi. . .

Oh ok yeah i was wondering because I see alot of celebs doing it and i always think how embarrassing but the rules arent that strict over there.. I work in a petrol station and I wouldnt let a celeb use her phone.. Um * ties back into style conversation* no matter how stylish she looked lol
