I actually think she has the best candid style around, not when shes' walking through the airport in tights and uggs but when she wears jeans, boots and cute casual clothes, she pulls it off well.
she's so pretty one of the most naturally pretty girls to come out of Hollywood in a while, with Jessica Strop (sp?) nice to see some naturally beautiful girls and not blonde manufactured barbies a la Britney.

hmm actually i wouldn't say her candid style is fab , as compared to many other celebs. i actually like it when she's not so bohemian-ish. but i guess she has this really sweet vibe emitting from her.... love her hair !!

i don't know if it's just me...but i've been looking through nicole richie's old threads and vanessa's old threads and i kinda feel like vanessa is copying nicole's style.... like trying to be edgy with a 'bohemian' twist?

I would never say someone copies style from someone. If its about that, I copy too. For me everything is about inspirations, and even if she may feels inspired by Nicole, whats so wrong about that?

I think that debate could go on forever... Such and such copies Nicole Richie who copies Kate Moss, who copies blah blah blah it goes on and on... I think each person brings something of themself to the style, and in Vanessa's case, it seems to be uggs and hideous brown boots, lol.

well, i never said anything was wrong with it..because like you said everyone can 'copy' someone elses style, and you did say they take it from inspiration which is totally true. so what i'm saying is that maybe i shouldn't have used copy but instead use inspiration because i see a lot of what vanessa wears in nicole.
