Turns out it IS Megyn Kelly on the cover of the UK version as well, which is still a strange choice, but looking through the contents, there isn't really a celebrity story that would successfully take its place on the front.
I don't know who Megyn Kelly is, so I can't comment on whether the article - which is one long compliment - has any merit, but for a thin issue (122 pgs), there's still enough to read.
The editor's letter has the usual anti-Trump sentiment, Eiza Gonzalez is the Vanities girl, and there are mini-features on podcasts and political correctness. "Nobody has ever labelled a statement as 'politically correct' and meant this as a compliment".
There are stories about the current state of Europe, that guy who put up the price of toxoplasmosis medication, someone who got into a relationship with a heart transplant doctor who wasn't what he seemed, plus a piece about the making of Grease (they wanted The Fonz in the lead role, and Travolta was a scientologist even back then), potential sabotage at a premier dog show ("Murder at Crufts - police are following all leads") and legendary socialite Lynn Wyatt celebrates her 80th birthday - with a picture of Valentino in a plaid shirt and jeans.
Roll on the Hollywood issue.
