Vanity Fair 'The Hollywood Issue' 2024/2025 by Gordon von Steiner

I hate to make this kind of comment, but Nicole urgently needs to stop using Botox and fillers, her face is becoming gross and paralyzed!

The cover is ok, but the casting... Happy for Zoe!
In Nicole’s defence they all look too smooth and too airbrushed.

Is there a reason why it’s so early this year? They usually reveal the cover around the time of the Oscars hence the Vanity Fair party.

I can't help but find the (amount of) credits really annoying. I really hate how celebs have control of everything now. And I find it hard to believe that Law Roach didn't style Zendaya...

I'm really into Gordon's photography, though.

An "annual" Hollywood issue in March and another one in November...? What's the point?

They found a way to put this "great actress" from Black Pink on the cover 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Definitely a "one of these people is not like the others" moment, seeing her among acclaimed actors. I guess she has a role in the upcoming season of The White Lotus?

In a note apart, finally someone didn't let Law Roach do Zendaya's styling!

This takes me back to that Hollywood situation in 2016 with all those letters all over the cover. I'm not sure why Lisa is included. No shade but I feel like someone like Margaret Qualley or Anya Taylor-Joy might deserve it more.

I absolutely hate that YSL dress on Saldana. It looks so sloppy and poorly made.

Decent cover, but I feel like Zendaya and Nicole are on it every year. Surprised to see Sydney on the foldout and not the main cover.

Lol at Lisa

I like it! It's been a while since we did not have a nice Hollywood issue and the actors on the cover make sense to me. Kering did a massive check to VF to get so many in Gucci and SL...

The color scheme is really great but I am not fond of the heavy airbrush.

I'd almost be shocked to see Nicole NOT airbrushed and retouched to hell and back. She's "looked" like this on magazines for 20 years now!!

Not surprised they designated this issue in advance as the Hollywood one, given that they couldn't count on the result of the election.

If things went their way, this cover story would still have seemed celebratory, and if things didn't go their way, this double-issue would give them breathing space to rearrange and commission the relevant political content.

I'm sure they had a few pieces ready to go, either way, but they don't have to release another issue for a while after this one.

I really love it, it’s their best in a while! The red colour is gorgeous and gives it a nice festive touch, the clothes really pop against it too. Will definitely pick this one up.
