I hope someone immediatly told her about the nip slip in #61. It's one thing for it to happen to tara reid, it's expected, but to victoria she so classy and she didn't even notice. That is why no one should where tube tops when they know they will be dancing otherwise this is what will happen.

Thanks kimair! It's nice to see a new pic of Victoria, even though I have already seen other pics from the Frick ball. I love that in an article I read, Victoria only stayed a short time at the ball because she had to study for finals that night. Good to know that my favorite fashionista is also a serious student.
