Someone wrote to me who works in the fur industry and said that there is no way it is faux fur.

I hope it is not true as VB has said that she does not wear fur, but it looks kinda real to me...that was my first thought.

The difference between you and me is that Victoria can afford expensive faux fur, while faux fur in the High Street is not that good. Victoria's faux fur products were personally tailored for her by Antonio Berardi!

This picture is a faux fur piece of material, and looks very genuine, but alas it costs £240 for 100cm worth of the faux fur and that is not even tailored as a piece of clothing!

^^Oh god i know, and totally agree its tiring, however miss_nyc when did she say that?I'm really curious, because been following her for years now, and i have never read a direct quote that came from her mouth (in interviews.etc) where she said that she dosent like fur or anything like that.All i read was some shady articles from English papers, allegedly quoting her that she is against fur?So i always thought its fishy, but i certainly agree with your friend, and there is no way possible that is a fake fur, trust me i know real fur when i see it.

Ya you really can never tell what is real when it comes to Vic presented from the media, i mean some go even as faar to claim she gave them exclusive interviews when in fact they just take quotes from original ones she did.Like when Daily Mirror claimed she tallked to them personally about the move to Milan, and all they had was her quotes from WWD.lol.

^ Hmm my only knowledge of Vic is through this thread and I was under the impression that she was against wearing real fur. But really its her decision. And I agree that this discussion is tiring but its hard not to talk about. So thank you Miss Dalloway for clearing this up .

It may be nonsense to some but it's a relevant topic. Some people are passionate about not using fur for fashion and since Victoria is in the public eye it can get magnified. There will always be come ridiculous reason for people wearing real fur (the usual comment is it looks good) but to me Victoria would look just as good in a regular coat.

Its refreshing to see her carry a bag from a brand like Loewe, although i have to admitt i think the bag is awful, but it works with the above outfit,imo.

ITA, I think the bag looks like a really nice grocery bag with a lock on it, sorry folks...

However, the outfit is HOT and even though I don't agree with fur, it doesn't stop me from wanting a faux fur version of it.

Victoria Beckham has previously seen her designer luggage go missing on transatlantic flights - so perhaps that explains the oversized padlock attached to her latest handbag.

The fashionista showed off the clunky accessory as she arrived at Los Angeles airport yesterday.

Although if Victoria really was planning on keeping her belongings safe then the padlock wouldn't have been much help - with the navy handbag still easily accessible.

In 2000 Victoria won compensation from British Airways after her three £2,000 Louis Vuitton suitcases were lost on a flight from Miami to London.

The bags held the star's clothing, song lyrics and other personal items.

Yesterday Victoria was returning from Milan, where she had been visiting husband David.

She dressed in a simple black satin shift and leggings for the flight, accessorised with her trademark high heels and an oversized pair of sunglasses.

Despite announcing she planned to stay in LA while David spent three-months on loan at AC Milan 34-year-old Victoria has already been frequently jetting back and forth to see him.

Prior to his move to Italy, Victoria was said to be nervous about spending time apart from her husband, with whom she has sons Brooklyn, 9, Romeo, 6, and Cruz, 3.

The last time David was separated from his family for a long period - in 2004 when he was playing for Real Madrid - there were allegations of an affair with his then personal assistant, Rebecca Loos.

^^Me too, it has really grown but it looks great now, i just wish she had it like this more often, instead of the boring headbands,and i hope she dosent get extensions for the Pob, its not to long before it grows out anyway.
