That dress REALLY reminds me of a dress Kate Moss wore a while back:

^It's all in the hair and makeup for me. Her clothes have been great, though they have been better, but I think it's really her odd choice of hairstyle and the eyeliner that are throwing things off. They just don't work on her, IMO.
