That's my fave as well It's amazing the craftsmanship even in children's clothes. The tailoring is something one might only see in an adult's garmet. If that look were transformed in a different variation with the shirt,I would so do it myself!
for those who are unsure about trying this look and don't want to spend too much money, h&m actually has some cheap&cheerful victorian and edwardian inspired things at the moment, including a beautiful black chiffon/black velvet empire waisted dress that is terribly edwardian...sadly it fit me a bit funny but I think it'd be beautiful on someone else.
