i'm still extremely disappointed with this collaboration.

in fact, sometimes i want to cry...victor & rolf aren't very good at what they do, imho. there's always going to be someone that same season who kicks their ***..

i'm sure they'll have solid menswear, some of which i might get.
but womenswear....i dearly hope it's not going to be as bad and sugary as their f/w '06 collection. i'm also afraid it might be too grown up. the older woman who shops at h&m has no interest whatsoever in trends, or good fashion

and the one who does, can afford real viktor and rolf.

pastry...many many editors and their assistants wear LOTS of h&m regularly...

and they mix it with high end designer...
fashion is fashion and stylish people don't need a label to tell them what looks good...
i just bought several pieces from h&m today...

^ i realize....but i wasn't referring to an older assistant or editor, or someone who's in the industry. i was thinking of the average woman who shops at h&m for basics and washed pants, and then some pieces for work...very boring. as a matter of fact, that's the company's number one selling line-everyday.

so, you're saying that this collection can sell to people in the fashion industry? actually, that makes sense. but i'm afraid there aren't enough people like that. especially in canada. i still think that the older woman who's a regular at armani, maxmara, etc.. won't bite a high street collection.

^ohyes! but i think they're definitely going to send it to the location where i work. it's got slow traffic, but it's a show-off store. it's there solely for image. every single promotion they've had, this store had.

but on a lighter note..the 'wedding dress' sounds intriguing. i wonder if someone dubbed it 'the wedding dress" becasue it's so frou frou or becasue it's actually a wedding dress, and it's got to do something with v&r's "story"...

anyways, i hope i'm eating my hat in november and it's a good collection.

im pretty sure that the h&m on bloor will have the v&r collection..since it is..a "showy" store

im quite excited for this...but than again...i might not have the chance to get anything like last time with the stella collection
