I didn't say nudity in general is fashionable, I said I think they made it in a fashionable manner, which is different. You can make a statement with nudity, Kate started her career having to take her clothes off and has done that a zillion times, as well as many other models for many other
fashion magazines. Besides, she is a fashion icon (despite how banal that word became), so she already makes a fashion statement by herself, IMO. Sometimes it's just more about the mood, the person's look, the meaning that person has, than about an especific piece of clothing. Although she
does sell those bracelets. I like how they stand out.
But well, I don't have any problem with nudity. I don't feel offended, I think a naked body can be beautiful, that's how we are naturally, and one can make it look p*rn, soft-port, banal (e.g. Terry Richardson) or one can make just a beautiful image which is also sexy, but not necessarily sexual. Not that sex is a problem either - especially being Vogue Brazil.
Also, I don't get the problem with her a**. Is it because I'm brazilian and used to the appeal as*es have here? I don't even have interest in women's as*es. We see her t*ts everywhere, as someone pointed out, so why not change the focus a little bit? It just makes so much sense for me.
And I do like the tattoo.
Totally agree with
thiago about the layout though, and god the people they highlighted... You don't put
Niemeyer, Caua Reymond and Mayana Moura on the same line.
