Grey and drab. Someone's been reading British Vogue way too much. That said, I do think with better photography 'Tribes' could have been stellar. The cast is perfect, but the execution failed. Klara is such a beauty!
I think where Vogue China does succeed, even in this tepid state they're in, is with beauty features. Theirs are actually far more progressive than any of the top 4.
Also, compared to other Chinese glossies, they're not very traditional at all. There's no babydoll infatuation or incessant pushing of The Chinese Ideal in this mag at all. Only the styling could do with a bit of a lift.
