I just got this issue and the main ed looks fine in print. Basically the whole issue is a giant Dior advertorial, personally I'm ok with it. However next time they better do a Balenciaga/YSL/Chanel issue, their legacy is as good as Dior's.

This cover was such a disgrace to vintage Dior. Natalia Vodianova has never been a person who could pull off John Galliano's creations. Imagine a model like Mariacarla, Sasha, or Raquel instead who are dynamic and pure elegance. Even a 16/17 year old Viviane Orth wore this so much better on the runway.

I never understood why she got so many editorials wearing Dior by Galliano when she walked for the brand like once (FW '03 Couture, and I believe she was put there for publicity)

She actually did a good job in that show lol, nice pose. Also wore McQueen in eds, the Oyester dress in an ed by Peter Lindbergh. I just don't see her as a suitable model for carrying all this extravaganza.
