Vogue España December 2021 : Nathy Peluso by Emma Summerton

I love everything about this (except her necklace which looks somehow photoshopped in)

Some contents from the issue:

- The cover is foldout...
- As november issue Ines Lorenzo made the Editor's letter
- Estilo Vogue shot by Santi de Hita, styled by Marta Bajo. 9pgs. Models Afrodita and Matea Brakus
- Article about a Peter Lindbergh's retrospective in Spain
- Beauty Shot by Nagi Sakai.5 pgs Jana Julius
- Nathy Peluso editorial + Intervioew 12 pgs
- Editorial Kim Jones profile .shot by Alice Rosati, styled by Alba Melendo 12pgs. Model Tianna Saint Louise.
- The jeans story reprint from british Vogue
- Another reprint from British Vogue with Pavarotti and Phelan
- C.Tangana article. 8 pgs

and that's all.....a very weak december for VS....

You've heard of Nancy Pelosi, now get ready for Nathy Peluso
It's so funny because I know about her. She makes "trap music". It's some sort of Rap/Hip Hop in spanish. It's beating rock/pop music and even reggaeton. Not my style, but it's the hot stuff in Latin America and Spain right now. She's more popular in Europa than Argentina, but kids knows about her.

Back in the 90's, Vogue España used to publish the September issue with a belly band that screamed, TWO KILOS OF STYLE! THREE KILOS OF FASHION! At its acme, it was sold by weight. Like potatoes. That's pretty much everything there is to know about this magazine.

I wish magazines were sold by the pound today - I'd pay next to nothing for the pamphlets the American titles are producing these days!

Italian Vogue used to sell every issue (thick or thin with huge supps) at the same price. Wish I were Italian in the 90s and 2000s!!!

This even fails in comparison to last month's repurposed Nyarach Abouch Ayuel cover, which was so incredibly striking. A real shame because we're usually able to depend on Vogue Spain for some festive glamour during December but this feels... empty and soulless.

Agreed...terrible contents for this month.....from the cover to the eds...i doubt that Edward put much attention on this Vogue,so the local team should try to make it better. The only thing i applaud is even with the reprints, they provided original content as well.

They need to tune-in the rules of the sharing content to keep it attractive,interesting...
