I don't think Sgura is the problem.
It's the styling, or rather, lack of styling.
It's such a mess, no refinement.

Anna and Yasmine look gorgeous, but I would expect nothing less from either of them.

It´s not about Meisel against Sgura (although we all know who is the best out of the two anyways...) but the retouching in Sgura is as awul as in Testino´s shot. It´s a plain truth. So yeah, these are hideous.

Don't care about Anna and her craziness or Yasmin who is gorgeous but always looks like she is acting as a model and isn't actually modelling.. but what a waste of Birgit!

I'm truly shocked! The girl who I expected to look the worst not only doesn't, but she ended up better than TFS catnip, Birgit Kos and drama queen Anna Cleveland. Yasmin actually gave us some understated attitude to match that crazy Gucci. Well played, for once!
I'm more dissapointed in Anna, who normally have an instinctive approach to fashion stories. Here she's just 'there'.

The styling is fine for me. For what it is, it succeeds. But the art direction? Good God!

Gradually I got used to appreciate something of the Gucci's styling by De Michele, but the worst mistake you can do is to settle a studio cover shoot with his clothes and horrible layouts.
