Thanks Scotty.

Not the most elegant layout-- and not even the most flattering shot of James, as he looks startlingly like a 45-yo man here. But, I'll take a crisp, mood-building shot anyway to either a selfie-wannabe or a bland me-against-the-white seamless that high fashion is currently plagued with to appeal to the Instaculture.

Hopefully they at least make an effort with the content to that of adult-level.

This is bland, uninspiring, I don´t know the guy but I already hate the layout, the color of the masthead is awful, the styling is... INEXISTENT and the photography could have been done by anybody and they say it´s Bruce? Ouch... Not a good one. I don´t expect a lot from this magazine for years now but let´s see...

Unexpected but great cover star ! Especially when I read Cameron Dallas name on the cover, I'm glad they didn't give him the cover.

James is insanely hot imo. He's got his father's striking features but in a much more delicate and handsome way , I don't know if that makes any sense . He's fascinating in motion in Vinyl but this shot doesn't do him justice, he looks a bit rough and the styling is lazy. How many times have we seen the whole gaucho/ cowboy aesthetic ?


Hate the yellow masthead and is it the first issue in English ? I hope it's not a definitive thing because their titles are dumb as f*ck "A selfie star is born"

He's such a handsome guy but this doesn't really capture that. Granted, not every image needs to be flattering to the subject, but he's so handsome reminds me so much of Mick.

Just watched the latest episode of Vinyl, and now i see this cover! He is SO much more appealing in motion, the photos don't show any of the x-factor he obviosuly has when you watch him on the show! This cover is unflattering, yet i still like it!

He's actually starring in HBO's new show Vinyl produced by Mick Jagger & Martin Scorese with Bobby Canavale, Juno Temple and Olivia Wilde. He's really captivating on screen, I'm sure we'll see a lot more of him.

In this drawning sea of celebuspawn features in every single magazines, he's one of the few with an actual talent. And who has something to promote on the cover of a magazine. So it's a very refreshing choice made by the Vogue Hommes team.

all i got from this is that james jagger is super hot in motion but not so much in print. anyway, it's an interesting cover
