Vogue Italia July 2025 : Vittoria Ceretti by Carlijn Jacobs

Quite cheap, looks like something Eastern European from the 90s directed by someone from the 80s who didn’t adapt to the new aesthetic.

The styling is also an eyesore and the rotation of the image 😷

Looks garish and not in a good way.

fashion editorials are usually shot at least 3 months before being published.
Agree. Many editorials for the autumn issues were shot already or are being shot.

I know, even if these days it can be shorter. I was simply highlighting the randomness of it all, the lack of inspiration and taste. Even if it was shot in february and there was snow outside (does snow still exist, anyways) it looks like it's been done overnight. That said, that does not take away the pleasure from my eyes getting stuck looking at some of these pics.

That would be and amazing cover but in color. Overal I love this. I'ts been years, literally years since I loved a VI cover
Yes! That was exactly what I thought at first! But honestly? The actual cover's kinda brilliant too.
That’s the kind of cover I’ve been lowkey missing too for years! bet everyone else feels the same.
It’s giving FASHUN, finally.
And if they’re feeling extra quirky or artsy? Well... there’s always Portugal, Czech, Adria, etc.. to play around.
No shade though, 'cause I love seeing those editions too🫶🏻

i remember meeting her many years ago at a Sacai show...show was kinda new, very shy and so beautiful, very elegant and poised..

Loved the ed, is quite a surprise for Francesca actually...

Omg I want to print a stack of all of these images and roll around in them like they're a bunch of money, lol. I love the cover and editorial so freaking much! Absolute 80s perfection! 😍

It's been years since I've been so interested to see a new Vogue Italia issue on my library's digital newsstand.

Seems to be 144 pages, inside front cover ad is Dior. Iggy Pop advertising Dom Pérignon, I've probably seen it before but blanked it out in my memory.

At the front of the issue, there's a shortened reprint of the Anok story from the current Jun-Jul Vogue France, there's also Out Of Office, shot by Guille Sánchez.

The Vitto cover story is followed by a reprints of the Dan Jackson story and the Binx outdoors story from UK Vogue.

It's nice to have a summer issue that leads with a cover story that feels so "fashion". It's not weddings or holidays or festivals or any of those other themes, it's fashion, on a model, shot in the studio. Shame about the reprints from UK Vogue, but reprints are par for the course, and it might mean you don't have to get UK Vogue to see the Binx story.

One tiny thing I'd say about the cover shot - in my digital edition, the masthead appears over the image (her hat), with the section over the hat in white, rather than the masthead appearing behind the image, and as a dark block colour.

That cover image alone almost makes me forget that whole Vogue France story. What a great cover shot!

My print copy has the logo in dark behind the hat as it appears on social media and on this forum. I've seen such issues with the logos on digital editions in the past. It is some sort of digital error on someone's part.

I'm glad to hear that, because it looks so much better behind the hat.

It’s fabulous! Finally some energy and life, keep this up. The only thing is a smile wouldn’t hurt to provide something different with the sophisticated typical model attitude. All this color and no smile? To really bring out joy, more movement in the posing, a shot of her walking or capturing a moment where she is about to kick the air.
It is a wonderful editorial and cover though.
