I really like Fei Fei's cover. If you ask me, this one is better than her first one.

The first cover seems too bland and insignificant somehow. Would be ok for Vogue Taiwan or something. Definitely not VI.

The middle one has potential but falls short. Looks unfinished.

The Warhol thing is so ugly and tacky that I have no words...

The 2cd and 3rd covers are really cool but I will be honest I was kinda of waiting for a multi-models group by Meisel of all the super Chinese models like Du Juan and Liu Wen and Fei Fei and the other top girls instead of these portraits. It does look more of a cliché of what someone might be doing to stay safe instead of taking a risk. Having said of all of that it could have been much better done that´s for sure, so I don´t blame everybody´s reaction to those weird colors´covers or the first one which looks like an outtake from an unpublished editorial.

What others said, Fei Fei's cover should have been the only one. It is stunning.

And if Mert&Marcus managed to capture that, kudos to them. Certainly changes my perception about their one-dimensional photography style.

Fei Fei's cover is all I care about. It's glorious! The rest of the covers feel so unnecessary and fail to live up to the standard of Vogue Italia imo. McDean's is nice and kinda reminiscent of early 00s Meisel but there's something unresolved about it.

Overall, it feels extremely weird that Meisel is no longer there and also sort of anti-climactic. It would be incredible if we got a final all Meisel issue featuring his favourite models. I don't know, I just feel kinda sad if the rumours of his leaving are actually true and would hate to see Vogue Italia become just another edition of Vogue by losing its edge. However, as I understand it, nothing has been said officially so I'm still holding out hope.

Well perhaps that was the September 2014 anniversary issue. But anyway, this is the first I'm hearing of Meisel potentially leaving Vogue Italia?

Only here for the Fei Fei cover. That is stunning and VI worthy.
A little disappointed by the Xiao Wen ones. It has potential but that Marilyn facial expression is not suitable for her. Someone sexier maybe.
