I like the cover too, i was thinking of something worse.

One thing... "love my hair" ---> LOL

I should have known her VN cover would turn out like this. This is really bad. I&V's work has sucked as of late.

Can't wait for Lily's ed!:bounce:

For me, this is a pleasant surprise, and I love the craziness of the hair, it isn't often that you get that pose, and it stops her looking like a plastic mannequin.

And the Japanese use of the English language might be a mystery, but I'm sure it sounds great to them.

I don't think this is sexy at all. She looks like she's going to have a meltdown, imo. I wish they would have done something different with her to show off her abilities as a model.

I thinks so too ^_^ I dont like this, well Vogue Nippon rarely impresses me...neither does Ale.

Very boring cover, i thinking was than Lily gets the cover, but i don't know what the VN choose Alessandra.

Who's next?... Miranda Kerr?... :ermm:

this is just awful. the pose the colors, the text, alessandra. I'm not opposed to seeing VS or commercial models in HF, but this isn't the way to make people believe that they can do it. both ale and doutzen's covers were bad - how could that possibly make people want to see more VS girls on other covers?

I think it looks great, hair fantastic, makeup flawless, and the pose is original. At the end of the day, it makes me notice the cover and want to pick up the magazine, task accomplished Vogue Nippon!

I hope this whole "commercial models doing high fashion" fad is over soon, it just seems so gimmicky. Horrible model choice, even for a VS model, the only thing I like about the cover is the Prada.

So, Vogue Japan does not hide models' face under its logo anymore?
I really hope for this time

I've been having an Alessandra moment so I'm glad she's here. Plus, gotta love that she's wearing Prada. The whole image is clear, fresh, vivid and sexy at the same time. I love it.

I like the colors of the cover and the Prada outfit, but I absolutely hate her hair and pose there, which is ironic because the title says "Love my hair".:innocent:

Hopefully sooner than later! Every season has its issue they try to address, and right now instead of minorities in fashion it's "curvy" girls. :innocent:
I like curvy girls but the VS girls are just so tacky and cheap imo.

Personally, the only commercial model I support in high fashion is Miranda Kerr. I thought highly of her versatility in the new issue of i-D.
