TBH, I'm kinda over this celeb vs. model debate. Both have their merits and if a celeb cover is done tastefully and artfully, I don't really have a problem with it. This black and white cover of Sharon Stone reminds me of old 40's/50's starlet covers - I quite like it.

It's pretty but she looks so.....fake. I'm sorry but the woman is what in her 40's or 50's? I'm not saying she shouldn't look fantastic but she looks 23. There's nothing wrong with looking like you are somewhat around the age you are.
