I remember I used to have first issue... I was so happy bcos they had Helena's editorial by Nick Knight...

This issue has four major sections:

Portraits (Russian celebrities: actresses, actors, singers, writers...)
Beauty
Fashion (photographers) - mostly 2 pages each (some with 4 or 6 pages)
Dialogues (interviews)

There is also an English summary of 15 pages.

It's a thick magazine, I guess about 300 pages. There is no table of contents and the pages are not numbered. I bought it where I usually buy magazines and this one was placed at the same spot as Russian Vogue usually is.

There is no cover retrospective. About 15 covers are spread all over the magazine, for instance the March 2008 cover (Natalia V) is shown in Steve Meisels entry.

No. Not what we use to call an ed.

As example I took two photos of the "fashion" part (where we would expect eds). It's 2 pages or 4 (f.i. Reveriego, Roversi, Sorrenti) or 6 pages (Meisel, Testino) of each photographer.
