I gave my vote to Balenciaga, as some of you have already pointed out, it was the "IT" bag of the year. I mean, about a year ago I had heard the name Balenciaga and it reminded me of the dresses they made decades ago but now when I hear it, the image of the motorcycle bag comes instantly to my mind.. But it did really define something in the fashion at 2005, now everyone knows what it is and has seen one - at least a fake one...

I voted for the Fendi Spy--unique and well-marketed, if terribly expensive. I still haven't seen loads of them in San Francisco, but I'm sure they'll saturate just as the Balenciaga bag has.

while i voted and believe spy to be the bag of the year, i doubt that the market will be saturated with spies in the future.

i mean, there aren't that many colors coming out for s/s, and fendi's cutting back or phasing out special orders, it sounds like.

so that would be perfect for us spy owners because alot more spy hype would probably mean eventual spy backlash (like what happened to balenciaga or paddies) and that would be so tragic.

My vote is for Balenciaga, I've Balenciaga, Chloe anf Fendi and I like al of them but I don't know I love Balenciaga bags, it's like a drug for me, I have to admit that I use mostly Balenciaga than other bags...

I am suprised that the spy bag got fourth place...and the chloe paddington got 2nd...anyone could think of reasons why chloe over took spy...
