Julz-you could wear this type of dress that matches the shoes perfectly or if you dont want to be too matchy is was going to say put a wine ribbon as a belt on the black one but it already has a ribbon on it.Or cut it off.With black tights and silver jewerly and a cute clutch

Aris- THose boots are a perfect match for skinny jeans if you wear them. I think alkso skinny black pants would look equally good.

That suit isn't something I'd pair them with because the plaid fabric has to compete with the "in your face" of the booties so then it's too mutch

I wear 41 too and I know your pain! What I try to do is wear pants just on the wider side of skinny- so they fit down over the shoe like so

then I wear the highest heels possible this helps to make the feet look smaller

and no I don't think they look hookerish-
if you wore them with a miniskirt, maybe, but otherwise, no
