What college do/did you go to?

Iowa State University....man, no one here has probably even BEEN to iowa, save for maybe As You Like it.

^ I think many of the writers who I studied for my 20th century Literature course went to Iowa state, but I admit that's all I know about the school

i ALMOST went there! it was just too expensive for me. i love the school there though, my cousin just had her wedding there in october and went back there for the first time in awhile and realized how much i like it. my dad was the contractor there with the remodeling there a few years back. it's closer to me then sf state is though  and have many friends who went there.

Smc

It is so beautiful, except today, it was hailing like crazy, I was in the rec room w/ partially glass ceilings and it was so noisy. But it is way too expensive, I commute from way way East Bay just b/c the area is too expensive to live in. I had tons of friends go to SF state, they all seem to like it.

Anyone want to tell me how hard it is to transfer schools? I'm regretting my decision.. I feel as though I've "settled"

Hmm.. we'll see how it goes :p

Transfering

Where are you going now? Where would you want to change to? It really depends on the school, a lot of public schools (like UC's in CA) rarely accept transfer students who are at a four-year school, but if you are unhappy, it is worth a shot.

As far as transferring it also depends on what year you are in your studies--the sooner you transfer the easier it is as far as I know . . .

^ I haven't actually started yet  I'm going to give it a chance.. since I don't really have any other options right now..
