I have a pair of gray satin pumps, cut like the d'Orsay pump on one side, and just like a regular pump on the other side, not cut. The cut's on the inner side of the shoe. I want to know how one calls this style of shoe. Is it still a d'Orsay?

Good question! I'd guess that "demi d'Orsay" would be appropriate (demi being French for semi)

Also on the how do you call this shoe theme, I saw a pair of typical ballet flat type shoes a while back except that they weren't actually flats. They didn't have a heel, what they had was like the world's tiniest wedge. So like, they were ballet-type-shoes, but instead of being flat or having a heel there was this little triangular rubber wedge.

They looked soooo cool, but I can't figure out what they were called so I just end up confusing SA's when I try to describe them. Does anyone know the type of shoe I mean?

^ thats like a demi wedge or something..I think I think I read it somewhere..
