Christmas came early to me...

I have never even seen that Twilight cover before, it's so gorgeous (don't judge me) and i was not aware of the bedazzled HB issues (+ Lindsay one), they are so sparkly i'm in love
Also, the 90s were something else... Madonna on the Vogue cover, Naomi, Linda (+ Kyle MacLachlan) in the editorials, Kate showing the backstage of the fashion shows... and to think i had to flip thru the "backstage" "editorial" of Vogue France earlier this month...

Been looking for this V Paris issue for ages! Such a good set, too

Bought Vogue Paris Dec 1999/Jan 2000. I except it after Christmas though... and received both The Face Feb 2000 and Nov 2001. Additionally bought The Face May 2000 - down to 2 issues to have complete set of 1998-2001 The Face again.

I feel you. I'll get most of my mags most likely in July next year, as they wait to be sent to me... I already have huge backlog of them sitting for past 2 years, they are packaged in boxes properly though yet didn't have time to them sent and my family in UK didn't have it either.

I had moment of weakness again as I didn't want to buy too much mags now, but I finally have complete whole 1998 year of i-D! Been looking for August 1998, no.178 The Very Blue issue for ages and only listing around for long time was overpriced, until one was listed for a (current average) price that now isn't as bad. Been waiting two months to buy it and I finally got it! I love Erin and my completionist mindset is satisfied. Down to Nov 1999 and Oct 2001 to buy from ones I never had before and I still have 4 2001 issues to rebuy + Feb 2002...

I can't stop now it seems, just i-D Feb 2001! Down to March, July, September and October to recomplete this year. Not my favorite issue in full, but there are some things here that I miss and didn't save them earlier. I managed to get it under 20gbp as I did before.

I finally picked it up today, it's such incredible issue! I was wondering why no one scanned it yet (I'll be doing it myself soon!).

I really liked Testino's editorial, since I pretty much like most of what he shot for V Paris and V UK during late 90s by default. Herb Ritts's editorial with dancers of San Francisco ballet is pure excellence, it's wonderful. Except the cover, Mondino did also shot one editorial and to be honest, it was my first time seeing his work from late 90s and it was a good surprise. Loved the colors. There's also one by Karl and a photo story by Philip-Lorca diCorcia.

I managed to get it for 1/2 what it would cost me off eBay and seller gave me runway supplement I was looking for for free (tbh I appreciate having them around, quick look up of each season by trend, though I need to get V Italia's ones as they are closest to what I want) which is such a nice gift, because it's 1) my favorite model on cover 2) favorite season. I really want to get more V Paris but since prices on it (and V UK) risen I kinda started being interested in V Deutsch more as from previews it's really up my alley... Hopefully I'll find more for good prices next year!

Yes, it is! Definitely will scan it after I'll get it, I suspect it will arrive in mid January as seller will probably send it after Christmas or New Year.

She got few more covers that year iirc. I remember it was Dazed #75 March 2001 (I know it was posted here, but I still want to re-buy it for better condition copy, though I sold mine anyway before) and i-D Nov 2001, which I plan to buy in not so distant future.

Vogue Paris April 2000 (for Małgosia) and June/July 2000, probably I'd get more if I caught them as this lady's collection is basically like... what happens during a black friday storm in American supermarket. Got one Vogue Deutsch from her before and maybe if they'll hang for a while I'll get few more, but now my wallet is suffering after emergency dental appointment...

Additionally mentioning one I got a while ago, Dazed & Confused #60 November 1999 - Katie's last issue as fashion director here. Managed to get it for reasonable price, too.

Vogue Paris September 2001! I've been trying to get hands on some of Carine's early issues for a good while and I managed to find it on Vinted for a good price, it was issue that I always wanted to have. Editorial by WKW is incredible looking (exact same vibe like his movies), also I liked all of other eds (especially Couture one shot by T*erry and styled by Emmanuelle, but I liked the one by Carine shot by Klein). The cover itself if one of my favorites of all time, one of best of Angela also.
