Where are these thigh high boots from?

I don't know where you are (I'm in New York), but Saks, Bergdorfs, and Bloomingdales had them a few weeks ago.

yeah I was going to say they look like Chanel. You can tell from the patent toe cap as to me this is symbolic of Chanel (having an alternative colored toe). However it looks like pretty much everything else she is wearing is Chanel as well so thats what also confirms it....
