My guess would be because Olivia has become relevant in the fashion world and is working and seen everywhere, while Whitney is...ummm...

It's actually very pathetic if Whitney has even mentioned Olivia in a Style book. I see The City as an entertainment show so when I see people talking about it so seriously it''s embarrassing, kind of like, get some perspective. Olivia always seems to brush The City/personal questions aside whereas Whitney makes herself more and more known for the show and how vanilla and vapid she was on it.

Also, why does she have a Style book? I really can't see who would buy it. I don't like Lauren Conrads style but I understand how her style is accessible and liked but Whitney...?

It also was a two-night birthday celebration for The City reality TV star and fashion designer Whitney Port. She kicked off her 26th birthday with Dom Perignon magnums at Sugar Factory and Chateau with boyfriend Ben Nemtin (Buried Life) and was presented with a lavish, rose-pink birthday cake crafted by Sugar Factory's Chef Michael Gillet.

The next night, Whitney continued her celebration at Tao at The Venetian, where she was presented with a large pink cake with a “W” during dinner before heading upstairs to the nightclub for the sounds of DJ Vice.
