Anyone watching this year?
Murray is doing great so far against Roddick. He's one set up:D

Oh tbj! Thankyou for starting this thread, I wondered about doing it myself.

I'm hooked as ever! Murray is doing so well, won the second set as well. But I do like Andy Roddick too, but I'm hoping Murray will continue playing well.

Very confusing match though, the 'Andies' and they both wear white caps!

At the moment I'm having a viewing dilemma, first it was England match/Murray match, now it's Murray match/ Doctor Who!

 I had the same dilemma but Doctor Who has finished so I can enjoy the rest of the match. Although the rate Murray is going, there isn't much of a match left! If he can beat him in 3 straight set that would be amazing:clap:

Me too, first time this evening I can watch the match without switching around!

It was going so well and now Roddick has broken, I hope he comes back. If it goes into a forth set it will have to be delayed until tomorrow.:(

Im pretending to watch but really its an excuse to chill out with strawberries and pimms .. but i  tennis and wimbolden its such a british tradition.
I really think this has been shaddowed by the world cup this year though .. which is so unfair imo

^ i no it has been overshadowed by the football:( . i like wimbledon but i have gone off it ever since i found out they give less prize money to women which is absolutely :censored: :judge:

I watch Wimbledon every year. Too bad Roddick already lost. He should have made it to the final. Did anyone see Nadal beat Agassi? Agassi is definitely a legend. I am happy that he got that standing ovation. His last time on center court at Wimbledon! Most likely, Federer will win. I hope he will. He is one of the best.

Hmmmm, I don't understand how people can get so excited about wimbledon. I loooove playing tennis, but watching it is just so unbelievebly boring!

I used to watch/play tennis a bit...this year Wimble-what? Footie takes precedent over all :D

Why couldn't he have played this badly against Roddick?! The fact that my favourite has already gone out has definitely taken the fizz out of this years tournament. I love watching Tennis though, so I continue to watch.

Even Murray said horrible tennis himself, very disappointing.:(

He did well to get that far though, and hopefully he can keep on improving.

Roddick is really not on the form he was say two three years ago. Agassi bowing out (how emotional was that!) signals the end of the American rule over centre court. The Sampras Agassi days seem so long ago! No American women made it to the Quarters.

Murray played horribly. It was like he just couldnt be bothered. At least he was outed by the Australian Open runner up, rather than some random player.

So it is down to Nadal, Hewitt and Federer now... who thinks it will be a surprise win? I hope Justine wins the women. A player that short and that good is just a joy to watch.

Where are all the tennis fans?!!

Wimbledon has been quite dull this year. Nadal and Federer are the only men's players who are always good to watch... Hewitt is probably one of the most boring players in Wimbledon history, so let's hope he goes out.

Sharapova is noisy isn't she? No wonder she always wins, her shrieking must put the other player off.

Shame Murray lost, he did look mardy and disinterested though.
