I was watching something on tv today and a research said the avergae womens handbag is about £500, so exactly what do women keep in their handbags and how much do you think the contents in yours are worth including the price of your bag

The bag that I'm carrying around now was close to 400 bucks... between my cell phone, my cash and wallet.. I'd say I'm carrying around about 1000 bucks.

it scares me to think about it . . . YSL bag @ $1000 . . . LV wallet, cardholder @ $600 . . .small amounts of cash and then all my invaluables like car keys, keycard, ccs, cell, i cant imagine the expense in $ and FRUSTRATION if it was ever taken!!!!!!!!!!!

Fendi bag 395 UKP, fendi wallet 195UKP, vintage gucci keyholder??, dior lipstick 14UKP, dior Addiction perfume 35UKP, lipgloss, diary, mobile phone, etc. its hard to think of the value of what one carries around each day. I tend to change my handbags to suit each occasion or mood.

I guess its because they are some of the only fashion items that we actually get so much use out of, most of us use our bags, purses etc every day - thats why we are prepared to invest so much money in them
