I bought a jacket from YOOX several days ago. Now they cut down the price of that jacket by another $70. I called their customer service number and the girl told me they didn't do price adjustment on returns. My understanding is that they will refund me at my initial purchase price instead of the current $70-less price if I return this jacket, am I right? Could anyone kindly clarify that for me?

I just saw this beautiful wool mid-length jacket by Viktor&Rolf monsieur for the incredible price of € 218!!! Could this be a pricing error? Yoox is claiming that they sell the items for 50% of the MSRP, but would a coat like this cost only € 450 in stores? I actually do not think so because as far as I know are V&R wool coats more positioned in the pricerange of 700 to 1000 euro's. Or could it be that for this particular item a different Yoox-price has been defined?

I am curious so if you know anything more about it, please answer​

Here's a new sample sale. It's supposed to run until the 28th.

Divo- If the coat is still there in your size I'd buy it. They do make pricing errors from time to time, so you may have gotten lucky. It could also be that they got it for cheaper than average and just estimated a price that will still make them a profit.

Thank you for providing the information concerning the sample sales I bought the coat and I have to say: it is absolutely stunning and the price of € 218 is unbelievably low. Last week I visited a shop in Amsterdam which sells Viktor&Rolf monsieur and those coats over there were around 1000-1200 euro's so I think as well that this was a great buy. Did you find anything interesting visconti???I saw those great Helmut Lang sneakers and wanted to buy them for my brother but for some reason that particular item doesnt work when you click on it and want to add it to the basket

Divo- I'm glad the coat worked out for you. Great clothes are even better when you know you got such a deal. It's funny that you mentioned those sneakers. They were the only item that interested me, but I had the same problem that you mentioned. Very strange. I've never found anything I've really wanted from the sample sales, but it never hurts to look.

Are you a frequent Yoox-shopper??? Since one year I have been scrolling through Yoox and purchasing some very cool items. I think the customer service oriented strategy and the collection of brands and products is totally amazing. Here in Amsterdam there is always a big entrance-barrier to those ultra-chique shops, but at Yoox nobody is judging you on your fashionability or financial credibility and that is a great thing

Next purchase??? I do not know, there is so much to choose. And yours?????

Price is 108 euros (about 100USD?), have never heard of the brand before so I'm not too sure if price/quality is good?? I'd really appreciate any info even if it's just to say they're darn ugly shoes
