shopping- congrats on keeping the violet (the other one anyway)! it's absolutely stunning. i actually think this color will be really strong going into fall.

gg: i'm like you. i feel like i have fallen so hard for this bag. i find myself daydreaming about the violet at different times of the day which hasn't happened in a long long while. (and i've only ever used that emoticon like twice on TFS, so you know i've got it bad...)

Thanks so much for your help...good to know nobody would go for the double ...The muse would obviously be my first choice too...but as my mom has the ostrich chocolate one and I often borrow it,I think I'm kind of looking for change (even though I would be really pleased to have my own muse...)

Hi there ianastar, I just recently got the YSL Muse briefcase, also in chocolate brown. I was really looking into buying a black bag, but I was told that this style (horizontal) only came in brown. Would you happen to know if that's true or have you seen this bag in black? Thanks in advance!

^ honestly, i don't think it matters much if you can only get it in chocolate since it's so dark that it looks black!
you really can't tell it's brown unless light hits it.

^it comes in black, I have it. You might not be able to track it down, the black is more popular and sells out quicker than the brown.
