Yves Saint Laurent Mens S/S 07 Paris

Oooh, I do like those ankle length pants, they look so good on the runway, Im not sure how they'll translate (highwater couture perhaps). I LOVE the belts, I love the use of denim, I love the limp bowties, it's very chic. Im now a YSL addict...

Favorite looks...

Very nice. I like how everything is cut clean a tailored. Those shorts don't look so good with the pockets hanging from the bottom but I can live with it.
I actually like that. I wonder if that was a mistake.:innocent:

Pretty nice stuff. Gucci will probably love him this season. See a lot of key pieces.

Remembering this collection and how chic it was/still is. Hasn't aged a day...still looks as appealing today as it did in 2007. Such a sophisticated proposition for men...luxurious, glamorous, lush...but without sacrificing any masculinity. It's so attractive and desirable. It's wild how this kind of man is not addressed anymore in fashion...it's either a sort of dated, conservative, but nice suiting brand like an Armani, or a crusty gutter punk in a sequin gown. That's it. There's nothing for a man who is interested in fashion but doesn't want to look like a clown or a square.

It's weird that this is the kind of work we used to get from Stefano, too...who's now completely gone left field.

Also, it's amazing how beautiful the cast was...extremely refined and expensive looking guys. We don't get models like this anymore...model scouts used to really have to work hard and be discerning...now they just sit back and sign anyone, and I mean anyone, who walks through the door.
