Liza was originally supposed to be played by Jane Krakowski and Roy Halson originally supposed to be played by Alec Baldwin... BUUUT looks like Zooey got the best of them! Brendan Frasier will be playing Halston :-)

That was my first thought aswell... But if anyone could pull of Liza... It would be Zooey. She is such a versatile actress... she can pull of anything as we have all seen :-) Not to mention her voice screams Ella Fitzgerald in the movie Elf! hehe. I am so excited! It will be weird seeing her with a short Liza 'do! I havent heard of Roy Halston before... so I am not sure if Brendan Frasier will be able to pull it off. Before I was a little shaky about his acting abilities... but Crash did him justice! :-) I am really stoked! Cabaret was such a wonderful movie and her character in that screams Zooey!
