2005 Louis Vuitton Cherry Line

While I'm personally not that into handbags, I thought that some might like to discuss this. The newest line from them, which I thought looked like a bunch of cheap fakes...
Any other thoughts?

are we sure that these aren't actually cheap fakes? I find it hard to believe that LV would release photos of a new line taken on a dirty floor with a cheap white sheet as a backround. Or maybe the cherryblossoms have just finally blossomed?

MJ, this is backstage at yesterday's show so it's not going to be the most luxe of settings.

About the line, it's not that great. I like that the little cherries have odd faces drawn on them, but overall. . . kinda ugly.

I was just thinking, whatever happened to Sofia Coppolla acting as Marc Jacob's muse? While I did see her at the show, I must admit that I somehow cannot imagine her carrying one of them. Maybe Paris Hilton, perhaps...
