Oh thank God! I thought I was the only one who found the cherries a bit too much (maybe without the monogram behind it, it'd be okay)! I just think it looks too bright and San Rio-ish (so sorry to compare the two). I love LV monogram, but the cherries need to go!
ew these bags are gross! i saw them in last months elle or vogue.. it's so ugly! but i actually like the pochette because its only a single cherry. i saw them at neiman this past weekend and i actually saw someone looking at it, they are so ugly! i don't know how anyone would buy one.. i'd rather get the new luella w/ the green apples, way better than the overdosage of red cherries!

Ooooh how I agree with you. I also saved my hard-earned euros and spent 4 days coming in-and-out of the LV's stores in Paris. I did not buy any because...well...those bags were EVERYWHERE on the streets, fake or real. My husband reminded me of that famous quote by Dolly Parton, about how expensive it is to look cheap.
Oh, no! We are going to see these bags flooding the tube stations in the month of September, when everyone is back from holidays!
i bought the pochette which has 2 cherries on it ,,,it looks sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cuute ,,, i thought of buying Speedy 25 ,, but i couldnt imagine my self carrying a bag that is full of RED cherries ,,,@ the same time i was dying to get 1 of them ,,so i got the pochette ,,

My friend and I were in the LV store yesterday evening and I do not like those bags. She loved them. They just seem toooo trendy for LV. When I think of Louis Vuitton I think of timeless and classic items.
My opinion, TROW THOSE BAGS AWAY. Or customize them. Overhere in The Netherlands, u just have to walk a few steps and you can buy fake. Al the mom's and blondes got one. Why? It's not like they're so beautiful or some (eventhough I love the more chic ones, with gold and crocodile). But the monoLogo whutever ones.. GOODBYE BAGG.
The white one is alright as well, would be nice on like a red or white non-monogram handbag.
The brown one is WAY over done...
I think the Houndstooth Damier would have made much more sophisticated bags than the Monogram Cerises...Maybe for fall they will make bags out of that lovely print.
