Yes for Amy Adams finally getting an award for her amazing acting but too bad it has to be for this performance. Meryl was sooooo much better, though I wanted Greta or Julie Delpy to win.

I didn't like August at all, not even Meryl's performance, but was thus hoping for Julie or Amy. Glad that Amy finally got something though - though agreed American Hustle was far from the best...

She was fantastic in Doubt But I guess actors rarely get rewarded for their best work, too many seem to get awards when it feels like they're 'due' rather than for the role itself
