Rom-com and crimes. It is funny how you pick books, I watched Doctor Who and they visited Agatha's time. So I realized I haven't read many of her books and asked my sister if she could recommed something for me and she lend me The hound of death which was absolutely amazing book. The ghostly, little bit supernatural short stories

^^that's still a great goal! 50 books is TOUGH

i feel like i've cheated a little bit since i've read a bunch of trashier books (the sookie stackhouse stuff) so i could catch up a little... (even if i'm getting some enjoyment out of them :P)
i'm sure my pace would be much slower if i concentrated more on the novels i would otherwise be reading...
but maybe that's the beauty of this challenge too? i'm tackling some things that i probably wouldn't have picked up (not now at least) otherwise.

^i definitely notice the same thing. between the 800-1000 pages books that i love to read i now choose to read short stories/shorter books that i normally wouldn't even look at and there are some gems there. and i don't feel bad about indulging in my love for YA literature

At the rate I'm going, I'll be lucky if I even finish ten. Last year, I read about 20 or 21 books. Maybe next year I'll be in mood to read like crazy. Nice try.
