A Tribute to the 90s Supermodels

I generally don't care for blondes (no offense to anyone), but man Karen Mulder was sultry as hell back in the day. Everytime I come to this thread I find myself ending it with "damn I miss the 90's." Lol

Apparently this is Vogue's best selling issue ever:

But we were intrigued by one fun fact about Vogue's best-selling issue ever. Hamish Bowles says that it was 1992's 100th anniversary edition, featuring a zillion top supermodels on the cover, that sold the best.
Why? The models, of course. Bowles explains:
"They were the kind of Liz Taylors of the Eighties. They were the ones with the unbelievably glamorous lives and the crazy glamorous boyfriends and they were the girls that everybody wanted to be."

^OMG, I love this! I think I've seen some of the shots before, or they just seem familiar because I own the original comics, lol. But fabulous scans, thank you so much

I happened to see a Chanel show from 1995- there are only a couple of today's models who come to mind able to do the kind of fierce runway modeling these girls did, they really were a different breed!!

oooooooh  Can you post a link?

I'd like to see more of the models who didn't have sovereign rule over the industry in the 90s; models who were quite obscure, or unknowns.
