    Wonderful Melancholybaby!

This archive is a treasure for designers to plunder. This man had more ideas in one single collection than most in their lifetime. And he presented it all in an incredibly cohesive manner that was world-building.

    Visionary of the purist kind.

Eshu is one of my most favorite McQueen collections. It's just divine.

McQueen's collections-- both in its designs and in its world-building vision, are mostly just one vicious knock-out after another-- with the titanic knock-outs being the case rather than the exception. And this extends to his Givenchy collections as well.

    I couldn't even have a top 3.

What a pity Vogue.com did not release HQs for his SS 2001 collection VOSS.
