Alice seriously stomped over a ton of those girls (did you guys notice that some had walking problems). Considering that this is Sonia's 40th anniversary this must be a pretty big deal for her! I wish they cast Jourdan Dunn into the campaign as well...

I'll be obscure, otherwise I'll get into trouble. She will be participating in a fashion week just after Berlin where she will hold a restricted exclusive that will probably result in a campaign. It looks more and more likely that she will be going to Berlin as well, since a large German-based retailer, who uses exclusively blue-chip multi boy/girl campaigns, has expressed interest in her. That's all you'll be getting from me until the shows start. My lips are sealed.

^Well, the two major fashion weeks immediately following Berlin are NY and London (Then Milan/Paris in late Feb/early March), and if I had to guess, I would probably guess the exclusive is in London, as her last season in NY was less than stellar. However, I'm crossing my fingers that it's in NY with Marc Jacobs, seeing as how she walked in the fw08 and ss09 shows (and I'm hoping the MJ's/LV's campaigns will feature models instead of celebrities). Regardless, I'm excited to find out what's in store for her!!!!

Being exclusive is probably for a show she never was featured in before. Hopefully Milan; Rocco Barocco, Armani, Moschino(perfect), Missoni(perfect), Salvatore Ferragamo, Etro(perfect), Bottega Veneta, Prada, Fendi(Karl-Sonia Rykel) and the list goes on!

well, even if its not super high profile like NY, Milan or Paris we at least know she's going to be getting cash!

This is so funny I finally understand my boyfriend's obsession with sports--I swear rooting for models is just like rooting for a sports team. I was so happy when Alice got the SR campaign--I felt like she won the superbowl lol (well maybe Chanel is the superbowl but she won a really crucial match!)

True, but that's not always the case. Case in point, I think it was Lara Stone. Whatever it is, it had something to do with Calvin Klein with a model that has walked the show before but was an exclusive for a recent fashion week.

Other than that, I think Alice would be making money in Germany. I mean NY shows dont pay, so it doesnt matter if she's going to do other fashion weeks to get the moolah

And lastly, hooray to a potential F/W 09 campaign for her, although my hopes are not that high thinking that it might get dashed

^Lara Stone wasn't an exception to the rule (not walking for any other designers before the one you are an exclusive for), the only thing strange with Lara was the she was around for a while before Prada used her as an exlusive...and they only usually use new girls. It would be really awesome if she did get an exclusive since she's not a new girl. It makes more sense in copenhagen since she hasn't walked there before.
