Why isn't she doing any shows? This is driving me insane!

i dont think it's that she's not doing many shows, its that last season we saaw her do SO many in NY and this season she's not doing as many.

there is a very easy, most probable answer to this. she has done a few good campaigns and gotten a few good editorials and she is no longer a new girl. so her rate per show wouldve increased. so not as many designers could use her as last season.

i know of girls this has happened to before, so im only assuming this is why.

She's not a Milan girl. Alice has different sex appeal than the one requested usually by designers showing in Milan. I can see her doing the big name brands she did last year.

What are the respective aesthetics requested at each fashion capital? I know London seems to be more edgy, New York requires them to be a bit more mainstream-pretty, Milan wants the more feminine models, and Paris will embrace the more high fashion look-rather than the particularly pretty ones. Am I right?

Is there a slight possibility that Alice is on hold for an exclusive in Milan? Maybe a big show or so? I mean, isn't it weird that she didn't appear at all in Milan, even for the smaller shows...did she have a bigger gig somewhere else? Did she have to go back to Australia, perhaps for an emergency or so? Why hasn't she showed up at all in Milan? I mean D&G did use her last season....its so weird how her second season so far seems disappointing...she didn't do Proenza....her London shows were great but she didn't do Giles or C. Kane, which are the big shows over there...I really am secretly hoping that she's on hold for an exclusive....
