My favourite show of NYFW this far. Altuzarra never disappoints me.

On one note, I wouldn't be surprised if someone had something to say about the first 3 looks in regards to Givenchy's F.W 13.14 womenswear and menswear.

It's nice, not his best. I think the styling let him down again.

His designs are always so contrived. If I were to look at each of his collections individually I'd think they were each from a different designer. There's no DNA to Altuzarra.

I like the ideas and shapes here a lot better than Wang's but like Wang's the tailoring is executed poorly
It has a strong michael Kors and Tom Ford influence but lacks the sleekness and clean lines their clothes have
The skirts have awkward gapes the pants look ill fitting!
It looks like a fashion students ode to Kors and Ford tbh
He needs to get better tailors for sure

After all these seasons, I'm still asking, "Who is Joseph Altuzarra?" I understand that Carine Roitfeld is muse/idol, but he absolutely needs to find a new source of inspiration. Hopefully the Kering investment will allow him to hire some talented designers, seamstresses and tailors because a good portion of what he does looks a mess.

I like the length of the skirt and easiness he put into one look. To me it wasn't stand out but quite practical collection.

Altuzarra makes clothes that are very modern, different and fabulous! Thoose final looks in the shiny fabric are magnifique!
He took inspiration from Hermés, and he made it's own, a very modern collection, for the elegant woman living in the big city! The capes, the fringed looks, the final looks ... simply beautiful!
I'm sure Carine will be all over thoose final looks! Like the one on Maria Bradley!

Some nice pieces. Some pieces were so boring that the man who sat at the back attracted me more than the stunning models.

some of the shirts are attractive, but the skirts make the overall look too busy for me. I prefer the more restricted looks he has designed.

Not really feeling the striped outfits in the beginning but the rest of the collection looks decent.
