A top Ana Beatriz Barros abraçou o projeto do fotógrafo Johnny e topou ceder três horas do seu dia, nesta segunda-feira, (03/09),- um dos últimos de férias da modelo- para estampar uma das páginas de seu livro “Eles Falam da Alma”. Neste projeto o fotógrafo reúne 15 anos de trabalho com fotos de personalidades nacionais e internacionais como Ray Charles, Ayrton Senna, Marília Gabriela, Dom Paulo Evaristo Arns, Nelson Mandella, entre outros.

As fotos foram feitas no prédio do Comando do 8o Distrito Naval, em São Paulo. Com direito a oficiais do comando da Marinha, um clássico Rolls Royce e militares segurando enormes cachorros da raça Rotweiller. O tempo não facilitou e tudo teve que ser adiantado porque a chuva ameaça cair a qualquer instante.

Durante a correria para a preparação do ensaio a top contou um pouco sobre como anda a vida, planos e carreira. Confira:

Como é seu dia-dia? Você tem uma rotina?
Então...Não tenho uma rotina. É impossível eu ter. Meus dias são imprevisíveis. Por exemplo: Na quinta-feira que vem, (06/09), minha amiga, Daniela Sarahyba, vai se casar. Eu gostaria muito de ir, mas ainda não consegui confirmar minha presença. Tenho duas propostas de trabalho no mesmo dia. Uma em NY e outra na Turquia, mas ainda não me decidi. Vivo no susto. Acordo, converso com a minha agente e se tiver que viajar, arrumo minha mala e vou.

Conhecer o mundo, estar cada dia em um lugar, com pessoas diferentes, deve ser fascinante. Você acha o seu estilo de vida incrível?
Já estou acostumada. Sei que é incrível, mas é cansativo. Por não ter rotina não consigo fazer certas coisas que gostaria. Como um curso de marketing e de francês. Não dá! Vou acabar faltando nas aulas e perdendo o ano.

O que você pensa para o futuro? Quando a carreira de modelo terminar?
Quero estudar marketing e abrir junto com a minha irmã uma clínica de dermatologia. Sabe, as pessoas vivem dizendo que carreira de modelo é curta. Mas olha as meninas. A Naomi, a Claudia Schiffer, a Kate Moss. Todas já passaram dos 30 e continuam aí, trabalhando, fazendo sucesso.

Você sonha em seguir carreira de atriz?
Não. Já recebi alguns convites de produtores de Hollywood e recusei. Não quero ser aquele estereótipo da modelo que virou atriz. Quando faço algo, deu cem por cento de mim para fazer aquilo.

Nunca diga nunca. Mas no momento não penso nisso. Estou em uma fase muito boa como modelo. Mas o futuro a Deus pertence.

Você já namora há quatro anos o marchand Helly Nahmad. Vocês pensam em casar, ter filhos?
Pensar eu penso. Eu quero ter três filhos. Adoro criança. Mas se vai ser com o Helly, não sei. E não vai ser agora. Quero esperar um cinco ou seis anos. Sou muito nova ainda. Não estou psicologicamente preparada para isso.

Qual é o segredo da sua boa forma?
Não tem segredo. Eu como muito grelhados com salada, porque gosto de comer isso. Não como doce, porque não sinto vontade. Tenho um personal trainer que malha comigo de três a quatro vezes por semana, mas não para ficar magra. Apenas para tonificar o corpo e dar disposição. E bebo muita água. Claro que de vez enquanto como x-burguer e essas coisas. Como o que tenho vontade.

Ana Beatriz sometimes looks like a mere mortal: she postponed the photoshoot because of a fever, is distracted and loves to talk. She goes on vacation once in a year, always in August. The destination is what's not the same with mine or yours: this year she went to Ibiza, Spain. Last time, she took someone. Now, she went single. She just broke up her four-year-long relationship with American Helly Nahmad. Yes, the girl likes long-term relationships (like most of us). Ana Beatriz's story began like many models'. Born in Itabira, she moved to Belo Horizonte when a baby. Because she's professional, she gets on time, she's simple. True, the scandal (drug related) almost multplied by four her earnings. Nova: Is your life full of lush, glamour and money?
Ana Beatriz: I know cool people, I get invitations to the best Vanity Fair post-Academy Awards parties, to the Cannes Festival parties. Once, my younger sister Maria Luiza was in New York, where I live, when they called me for a party in London. We flew first class to Europe to return the next day!
Nova: And does so much glamour tire?
Ana Beatriz: I've spent two months with the same luggage, without returning home - three days in London, two in Morocco... I like to travel, but it was too much. In the end, I barely slept and ate. I missed my shower, my bed. I missed the birthdays of a lot of friends.
Nova: Are you a workaholic?
Ana Beatriz: I only give up on jobs if I have a good personal reason. Some years from now, I want to open, in Brazil, a dermathology clinic with Maria Luiza (who is a Med student), with Patricia and a cousin.
Nova: Do you love shopping?
Ana Beatriz: Many models make a fortune in three months and spend it like crazy. I got paid in many currencies and I always choose a part to save.
Nova: Is the relationship with Helly really over?
Ana Beatriz: We've spent four years together. I still like him, he still likes me. I won't wallow. If it is for us to get back together...
Nova: Does jealousy interfer?

Ana Beatriz: To say that living in USA puts some weight on someone is a lie. In front of my house there's a great grocery store, Wall Food, full of organic food. I like to eat, but I drop weight easily. I know how my body works and I stop before I lose it. And I've started doing pilates and cardio.
Nova: Are you worried 24/7 with your beauty?
Ana Beatriz: If some zit pops up in my nose, what can I do? For now I apply protection, and I do peelings, preferably in Brazil. I stay months without dying my hair until I can fly here and do it with Juha, from MG Hair Design. In USA, they leave my hair green! I also don't stay all dressed up. In the day I don't even wear heels, otherwise I look like a giraffe. Only at night I like to put something on, dress up a lil bit.
