you misunderstood me.... well, i wasn't v. clear... gisele has star power and she is a brand. but i still think that ana is way more beautiful, and if she had gisele's energy and her head for business she's be even bigger than gisele is.
ana always looks like she doesn't care for fame. gisele found a perfect way to be in the center of well everything, but also to get huuuge money from it.

Could that be why she was never an Angel?? True talk. I know many of her stans make a fuss over VS never making Ana BB an Angel. I always just thought she never wanted to be one... thoughts?

^ That's always been my theory. Like, it was probably a combination of factors, but in interviews she HAS said she values her privacy, and her 'fame' in Brazil sometimes makes her uncomfortable, being recognized etc. So I can totally imagine that maybe she likes having a bit more anonymity in the USA, and knowing that might go out the window if she became an Angel. And if at the same time, she had contracts that would pay as much as VS, then I can totally see why she'd choose to go that way.

It's just a theory though - other people insist VS 'fired' her for breaking contract by modeling for JLO (which I have my doubts about - if they 'fired' her, why has she consistently appeared in the catalogs and VSFS nearly every year, even the years this was supposed to have been happening?).

But yes - definitely a possibility, IMHO!

The first shot of the D&C editorial is absolutely breathtaking. I love profile shots of Ana's face. Beautiful. The second one...well, I have no idea what they were trying to get at there, but the bra is awful and the make up is not very flattering She still looks gorgeous.

Ana always amazes me. The D&C editorial is lovely, I even like the second one! And the commercial posted yesterday is a perfect example of how Ana can be so adorable but so sexy at the same time.

Hey guys! Remember a few weeks ago Psylocke posted some Chanel Cosmetics ads and there was some discussion in this thread about wether or not it actually was Ana, with some members saying it wasn't her?

Well, I figured who better to ask than Ana herself! Finally got around to sending them to her, and she said yes, it's her! So there, that's that discussion laid to rest. Ana BB did do the Chanel Cosmetics campaign in 2000/2001.

Aww, that actually makes me really happy to finally know for sure it's her! I wasn't ever convinced myself, that's why I didn't send the ads to you along with my other Ana stuff Thank you for clearing that up!

They're still nowhere near as good as your scans, but much better than the previous ones I rescanned the other ones too, because there was a blur on the scanner that you can clearly see on the top left.
