pucci mama, it looks like the legginged pants are one of the staples, and maybe many stores are to have them in several months ?
I don't know though. if worst comes to worst, you can certainly try them on at centocose in japan at least. pieces in those pics are part of their buy.

the sand jacket is a beauty. it might take all morning to button but its worth it...

the boots seem to be the usual suspect except they have a taller heel and slimmer toe.

cant wait to see some of the bell pieces.

I picked up the white tunic tie top from this season. If anyone is considering this.... I highly, highly recommend it!
It's so incredibly versatile, and can be worn as a dress and tunic, and the volume can be adjusted, which completely changes the look.

i know they are from two seasons ago,
but i still want to get my hands on one.

but i don't know if i can pull it off.
the one with pearls that is, when have you seen a guy wearing pearls how many versions are there of the necklace anyways?
does anybody have it?

does any other label make something remotely close?
don't want to pay ann d prices ATM.

i ended up getting a feather necklace a little while ago

Like everyone else I love the lace up shoes, I really wanted them but they looked horrible on me. I dont know how they look so cool on other people but hideous on me I got a dress instead.

Right now I'm wishing I had gone for Lucky's super steal BIN lace up shoes. I don't know why Saks have marked theirs up so much. On Monamoore they come out to about $950 CAD (but are all sold out) while at Saks they are listed for about $1150 CAD (pre-order). Ah well, I don't really have the money for them anyway but I want them so badly. The wedges are a cheaper option of the same look but not sure they float my boat as much as the heeled versions.

^^ I agree, Guessgirl. You should give them another try. There were THE shoe I wanted for the season. As soon as they came in, I tried them on and did NOT like them on me. I'm not sure if it was the outfit I had on that day.... but I gave them another try and now, I LOVE them. I can't wait for it be warmer so I can wear them more often

meg, I dont think saks marked them up since barneys and other US retailers had them for right about the same price, monamoore just had them way under retail after the exachange rate. I emailed them and they're not getting anymore this season but I'm assuming they'll get more next season if your willing to wait.

I tried them on at barneys while visiting a friend in ny so I dont have a pic but they looked horrible on me. They only had the beige, Im sure the black would have looked better but I still dont think they would have worked. I think its becuase even though I'm pretty small (rachel bilson esqe short and curvy) I have very thick calves and ankles which didnt do the shoes any justice.

ah, I see. They placed the order before the exchange rate plummeted. Can't imagine being American. You'd basically get them at 20% off 875 USD. Too bad - I just emailed to see if they'd get more. Guess I got my answer! i have wide-ish calves as well but I don't think that'd stop me. They'd look great with skinny jeans, or with black tights in winter......*dreaming*...

eta: I actually found one pair quite cheap in a retail shop. Just over 400 euros (exc. VAT). Unfortunately, I'm not even close to having size 39.5 feet

saks initially had them marked at $850 in black them bumped them up to $920 when they realized what a hot ticket they were. I had purchased two pairs (at the original price) for sizing, kept one and sold the other.

i've seen the tan ones and the white ones on other girls and feel that they make the foot look super wide and ghastly whereas the black create a much nicer silouette.

Also, I think Saks raised their prices b/c Barneys listed them for $920. As soon as Barneys, received their order.... Saks raised their prices
I also hate that Saks reordered them, and ebay resellers bought them all....listed them for OVER the already escalated price

Guessgirl - sorry, I was confused...I thought you bought an Ann dress. I'm sure the Herve dress is amazing; you have great style!
As soon as it warms up, I will wear my top and post pics in WAYWT.
Oh - and I have bigger ankles/calves too, but (like lucky said) the black pair work can actually be quite slimming with the pant.
