American Vogue Seeks New Head of Editorial Content
Anna Wintour will continue as chief content officer for Condé Nast and global editorial director, Vogue.

The Red Carpet Highlights of... The 82nd Annual Venice Film Festival 2025!
It will tho, just not now, the new editor in chief probably will have to be supervised by her for the next decade until she decides to retire. The title of the thread seems a bit misleading to me? In theory, it feels like nothing's gonna change?
You summed up my thoughts.. I'm happy she's beginning to fade a little because she really represents the dark side of fashion that decimates competition like a vulture, and manipulates talent only for the benefit of her own product, and certainly exiled it and isolated it if you dared crossing her. That old guard will leave for natural reasons but if they could do it in a dignified way and not as if they were politicians (aka on their deathbed), that would be help the industry a lot!I didn't think I’d live to see the day…I agree that rather than representing a possible renaissance for the magazine, a new EIC is probably just gonna accelerate its descent into pure irrelevancy.
That's a gamble now a days. Pick can either be surprising or a total tragedy.I feel conflicted. On one hand, I am happy to see her leave since things got really awful. On the other hand, I am afraid that whoever replaces her will be even worse.
