Yes its a UK magazine but I am sure it will be available in most countries.
It is released Sept 17th.

Vanessa It's always amazing to see her on a cover (which happens way too seldom ) even though, I'm a bit sitting on the fence with this one because her head looks rather strange - actually, more like a skull with all the shadows Nevertheless, hers is by far my fav out of these covers!

This issue really is a must have for me, as I agree with Hack's statement and I want that Carmen Kass ed.

This list though, I agree with about half of it~Highlighted who I love....but seriously, Blake Lively, Katie Holmes, Kylie Minogue and who the is Lovefoxxx? These are supposed to be women with individual senses of style I perceived? Winona Ryder we havent heard from in forever, the same for Christina Ricci, I could bet on that Eva Mendes' 'style' comes from a stylist, same for Scarlett Johansson. And Natalie Portman has always been pretty, but as an interview or in movies she's so boring. Never have cared for Kylie 'I've got a gay following in Australia' Minogue. WHY is she on this list? Disappointing.
