^ nothing that particulary excites me (as usual)- i mainly buy arena homme plus for the pretty ads....

I like the blue text, but apart from that the cover seems uninteresting.

Can someone scan the skateboarding edit? I'd like to see it. Thanks!

Didn't buy it this season. Read it at Borders when I had time to kill.

Liked the articles. But I think I have seen all the clothes of the season now.

"Magazine fatigue"

The cover i think are shotingt by Terry Richardson

There was a time when it was the Bible of mens fashion, didnt get it this time round! :(

^ What is the new bible then? Everything else sucks too. Fantastic Man is the best I think.

Good question, l just think there is just a saturation of mens magazines which all follow each other, therefore when you have seen a couple, you just think "seen it all before."

I used to pick up every issue, but the last few have been so full of homosex and not fashion I have stopped buying the magazine. There are so many other magazines that do homosex much better. It is too bad there are so few magazines that do men's fashion well and that Arena Homme + has kind of abandoned fashion.

yes i don't buy arena homme + now too, i think "An Other Man" and "loaded fashion" (to be "fashion inc." this season) is more fashion than homosex...

Well, I just looked at it, and it's excellent! I was surprised, as many of you would be. It was much more serious, and the editorials were excellent. However, most of them featured A/W 06-07 collections. I don't blame them - it was a really strong season for menswear. Anyway, I would've bought it, if it wasn't $15 (which is preposterous).

Inside in editorials a ton of Dior Homme (of course), a ton of Raf Simons, YSL, Gucci, one Ann Dem outfit, some Margiela, Prada, Owens, etc... articles on Simons at Jill Sander, Rick Owens's furniture, short pieces on Shevchenko, Bana, and Edward Furlong (one of my favorite actors, who's been out of the picture for so long), among others.

I don't like the cover, it's uninteresting and I hate the cover star.

I loved the Jil Sander article.

But of course, they had to include a bunch of half-naked boys all over the stupid magazine. :furious:
