I agree with everyone about Zahra and I think she should've been eliminated. I LOVE Jessica's makeover with the red hair, she looks stunning now. Brittany remains high on my list, her photos are always amazing. Alex (the model not the judge) needs to adjust her attitude, in my opinion.

They should have renamed this season Alex Perry's Next Top Model. He had such a smug look on his face when he gave her that four. The petty little man clearly did not like her.

The new judging system is unnecessarily brutal. Calling Tanahya up second when they'd already decided she was in the bottom two so she had to watch all the girls get better scores, and then calling the other girl in the bottom two up last so she already knows she's done poorly before she's even seen her photo is just mean. Tanahya looked like she was about to have a break down.

On a positive note, Izi, Jordan and Jess have all grown on me a lot this week and I'm still happy with the standard of the girls left even though my favourite was booted prematurely.

I just watched episode 5/the double elimination.

My thoughts: I was profoundly disappointed that Zahra went home, but saw it coming. I kept hoping she would start feeling more comfortable in front of the camera. I'm actually pretty mad at the lack of models of colour this season, too? Like I think, as the leading modelling reality show, they need to look ahead and encourage more diversity. Now that Zahra's gone we've just got white girls left.

Also, Alex's behaviour is totally unacceptable. She's a beautiful girl but she wouldn't last a day in the modelling world with that kind of attitude, I can't even.

Are we surprised that Linda Evangelista gave Brittany a 10/10 on her photo btw? I don't know why the guest judges love her so much. I find her quite bland.

I agree. Especially since Australia actually has quite a diverse population. I can't recall ever seeing a Chinese girl on this version of the show. But Ayieda had an attitude problem and something was up with her legs, and I never really saw anything in Zahra. She seemed like a filler girl just waiting to get the boot.

I don't think her behavior was unacceptable. I didn't get the impression she was was intentionally trying to be rude and demanding, she just wanted to do her best and got overwhelmed. I can't imagine the other girls are making her feel welcome in the house which can make a stressful situation so much worse. She took her criticism like a champ at judging.

Agreed... if she pulled those kinds of antics on a professional set she wouldn't work... I guessing/hoping that her behavior on the show is a direct result of the pressure cooker atmosphere...

I really liked how Linda said that Tanahya really caught her eye when she walked in with her silhouette and look - she can clearly see her potential. Linda's big on assets and potential, and Tanahya has that in bucketloads - there's something a bit Raquel Zimmerman-esque about her IMO.

Anyway, I think Tanahya is going to be better in runway than in print.

I mean her most iconic photo from the show's editing was this:

Hope to see more of Tanahya, she has an amazing face and body. Her eyes are just breathtaking.

Tanahya has a lot of potential, just needs confidence and time to develop as a model.

In the episode she was eliminated Tanahya looked so awkward during the shoot. It was very obvious she was fake-smiling especially next to Lucy who looked and moved much more naturally IMO. But I definitely think she could improve with a bit of time / coaching, unlike Zahra. (I'd love to be proven wrong about Zahra though.)

After catching up on all the episodes I really don't see any girl making it big, not on a Montana Cox level. Maybe Alex if she was taller and dyed her hair dark. She looks too 'beachy'. I think Lucy could be great but she still looks very young, her looks need to develop more. Brittany at times looks like she could have potentional but she needs to work on her body. And the fact that she looked terrible on the runway at JPG proves that she still has a long way to go.

To me none of them stand out and I think we will all forget about them after the show ends

Lucy & Tanahya are the only girls who has the goods to go far. No one will do anything groundbreaking post-show. Booking quick little jobs is not impressive.
